Terms, privacy, and cookies

Updated: August 30, 2026

Terms

  • QR TLAAB provides paid Mini Menu and Full Menu subscriptions to customers and businesses in Georgia, in Georgian and English
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account or purchase a subscription
  • You are responsible for your account and the menu content you publish, including names, descriptions, images, prices, and links
  • Do not publish unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, harassing, misleading, or unauthorized content, malware, spam, or content that violates another person's privacy
  • We may restrict or remove content or access where required for security, legal compliance, payment integrity, or protection of users
  • These terms and Georgian law apply to the service; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected

Privacy

  • QR TLAAB processes the account and service data needed to provide and secure the service
  • We process account and contact details, paid Menu content and uploads, billing status and payment references, support communications, security records, and limited usage and scan information
  • We use this information to provide the contract, secure the service, support customers, process and reconcile payments, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and improve reliability
  • The free Wi-Fi QR and Link QR tools work in your browser — Their entered Wi-Fi credentials and link destinations are not saved to your account or database
  • Bank of Georgia processes payment and card data under the bank's terms — QR TLAAB does not receive or store the full card number or CVV
  • Infrastructure and communication providers process only the data needed for hosting, storage, security, email, and service operation; some processing may occur outside Georgia with appropriate legal safeguards
  • You may download your account data and request correction, restriction, objection where applicable, or account deletion through Settings or the contact button on this page
  • A deletion request disables sessions, product access, and public QR resources immediately; irreversible deletion starts after a 7-day safety period
  • Deletion may be delayed by a documented legal hold, security investigation, dispute, or binding retention duty; minimal financial and audit records remain only for the legally required period
  • Previously printed QR addresses remain reserved after account deletion so another customer cannot take over an old QR destination
  • To exercise a data right or complain about data handling, use the contact button on this page; you may also contact Georgia's competent personal-data authority

Cookies and browser storage

  • We use essential cookies to keep users signed in, protect forms, remember basic preferences, and keep the dashboard working smoothly
  • We may use browser storage to remember preferences such as language, theme, and short-lived draft form data
  • Protected public QR pages may remember that a visitor has already entered the correct PIN for a limited time
  • A short-lived first-party security and deduplication signal may help count scans accurately and prevent repeated counting
  • Advertising cookies and marketing trackers are not active; they will not be enabled without the required consent and an updated privacy notice

Payments and refunds

  • The displayed GEL price is the final amount charged for that checkout and includes applicable taxes where required
  • Each checkout purchases one Mini Menu or one Full Menu subscription; additional products require separate checkouts
  • A recurring subscription renews monthly at its agreed price according to the explicit consent and billing terms shown before checkout
  • Product access is activated only after a verified provider confirmation and may remain pending while payment status is reconciled
  • Canceling stops future automatic charges; access continues through the paid period and the payment is not refunded automatically
  • Where the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to a consumer, it is preserved subject to the exceptions and rules in Georgian law, including rules for services begun at the consumer's express request
  • Eligible voluntary refund requests are reviewed within 7 calendar days and, when approved, are full refunds requested through the bank; the bank's posting time may vary
  • After a confirmed payment, Billing History provides the relevant payment confirmation or company invoice; neither is described as a fiscal cash-register receipt

Usage data

  • Scan activity helps resource owners understand whether their QR codes are being used
  • Uploaded images and logos are used to display and customize the QR resources you create
  • Usage limits and availability can depend on the active Mini Menu or Full Menu subscription and resource status
  • Marketing email is currently disabled; if introduced later, it will require a separate consent and a simple unsubscribe option

Security

  • We use modern security practices to protect account access, dashboard actions, and public QR resources
  • Sensitive actions require authorized access from the account owner
  • PIN protection can be enabled for public resources that should not be open to everyone
  • Sensitive information is handled carefully and is not intentionally exposed on public pages
  • Security and availability controls may block, pause, or hide a resource when protection is required
